Aaryan Agrawal

Aaryan Agrawal is a high school student at Vasant Valley School with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about turning academic knowledge into real-world impact. He founded NextGen91 to help high school students connect with valuable workplace opportunities, blending learning with hands-on experience.
Aaryan has gained practical experience in marketing strategy and market research through internships with GMR Sports, Masters Union and Hatch Digital. These roles helped him understand market dynamics and craft effective strategies. His positive internship experiences inspired him to start NextGen91, providing other students with workplace visits and shadowing experiences to make classroom learning real. He also runs AA Cricket, a YouTube channel where he shares his love for the game with a growing community of 1000+ subscribers. He is also actively involved with Ignite India as Head of Partnerships & Content Creation. Ignite India provides micro-loans and capacity building support to empower women entrepreneurs in underserved communities.

Why Aaryan Started NextGen91

The inspiration behind NextGen91 comes from my personal struggles during high school, where academic learning often felt disconnected from the real world. Despite my passion for learning, I struggled to grasp concepts without practical context. Internships and hands-on experiences became the turning point for me, enriching my understanding and fuelling my motivation. These experiences highlighted the importance of bridging theory with practice, which led me to create NextGen91. The initiative offers workplace visits, job shadowing, and internships, helping students explore different career paths and gain insights directly from industry professionals. By collaborating with companies, we ensure that students understand the dynamics of the modern workplace while developing the skills and confidence needed for their future careers. NextGen91 aims to make practical learning accessible, offering the transformative experiences that shaped my own educational journey.
